Spire2Spire Trekathon, Saturday 21 August 2010
This is a tough event over the rolling downs and water-meadows between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury. At 26 miles, it forms an enormous challenge for walkers. You can walk, jog or run the route and we also offer a half-distance finishing point. There will be full support throughout the challenge with marshals and water stops along the route and pre-event transfer from Salisbury to Winchester.
Choosing to do the Trekathon as a fundraising challenge is entirely at your discretion. We recommend a fundraising target of £100 but you are free to raise any amount. You can raise money for any charity on this event. To book click here
Jurassic Coast Weekend, departing on 8 October 2010
A beautiful stretch of the UK coastline but challenging nonetheless, this trek, tucked away in Dorset, will be sure to leave a lasting impression. A weekend packed with sights and sounds of childhood from fossil strewn beaches to paddling in the rockpools.
Our trek starts at Durlston Head, just outside Swanage in Dorset and we trek a total of 23 miles (36km) over two days along on the South West Coastal Path in an east to west direction. The diversity of the area is outstanding and the rugged coastline with serious climbs and decents will provide many a breathtaking view.
