The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 for Discover Adventure Ltd (DAL), and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:
- non-flight packages commencing in and returning to the UK;

All bookings are authorised under Discover Adventure Ltd's (DAL) ATOL license number 5636, through the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority). Many of the flights and flight-inclusive trips on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all challenges and travel services featured on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but not all the parts of your trip are listed, the parts not listed will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate.
