Do It For Yourself!

ALL our fundraising challenges are achievable for most people of average fitness, provided they are prepared to train hard.

But fitness is only part of it. It's the mental determination to keep going when things get tough that make all the difference during and after a trip ... keeping your sense of humour helps too!

Giving Something Back

You stand to gain so much from taking part in your challenge!

But it's not just you - or your charity - who benefits.

Our trips aid directly the local economies of the communities we pass through. From the wages of the drivers, cooks and porters we employ to the food and drink we give you on your trip, to any souvenirs you buy - it all benefits the local people.

Ever imagined that a mountain guide in Nepal - one of the poorest countries in the world - would get a pension? Ours do! That wouldn't happen if people like you didn't trek there, and companies like us didn't care!

We are also involved on a long-term basis with several sustainable community projects - you can visit them on some of our trips.

"Sounds wonderful, but I don't have time to fundraise ..."

Have a look at our Self-Payment Option - by paying your own costs, you can take part without having to reach a set target. Most people do of course still raise money for the charity of their choice - but your place on the trip doesn't rest on how much you fundraise.

"Sounds incredible, but I'm not sure I could do it ..."

Not fit enough ...? Never done anything like it before...? That's how most of our trip participants start out! But they have taken the plunge, and reaped the rewards ... so can you!
