Hi Sarah

I am also doing the Sahara Trek in October and the Snowdon Training weekend in July.  How are you getting to Snowdon and where are you travelling from?

Hi Pam,

I'm from Dorset although I'll be travelling to Snowdon from London on the Friday night. Am staying in Betws-y-Coed before getting to the hostel meeting point on Saturday. Where are you from?

I am travelling from Plymouth but I am a bit concerned about how I am going to get there as I have found out the train takes nearly 8 hours and will cost at least £152.00 for a return.  Because of the length of the journey I may have to stay Sunday night as well so it could work out to be quite an expensive weekend.

Hi Pam and Sarah

I'm also doing the trek in October with my sister Linda, not going to Snowdon though. How's the training going? I'm really excited about the trip, never done anything like it before. How about you Two?

Need to ramp up the distance with the walking!! Just a question of finding the time at the moment! Did a couple of treks out in Peru a few years back which were great, will be nice not having to tackle altitude this time round!!

You sound like you're a veteran at this kind of thing. Hope I can keep up with you. Training as much as possible and getting fitter by the day so fingers crossed.
