ditto to all of the above.

4 great days, and such a healthy fruit and fibre diet too.

Been on the bike today - loved it, definately keeping the mileage going.

The trip threw up some really excellent experiences and funny / quirky moments that will make me chuckle for a long time to come, coupled with some of the personal stories of how people got to ride the L2P - unforgetable stuff.

One of the best cycling moments had to be Dave keeling over on the Arc, as for off the bike any of the many nights in the bar were great R & R.

How about LEJOG sometime...?

Cheers

Darren (T-Mobile!)

Hey it's not T-Mobile man, we changed it to Dazzly Darren First day i thought this bloke is powering away to all of these water stops, no holding him back!

The whole challenge was good. I regret drinking so much alcohol. I don't drink alot and i suffered tremendously and accordingly the day after! slept really well even though my room mate was snoring. I felt like i needed the ground to swallow me up on Sunday and I crawled to Alice's room pleading for some paracetamol.

Land's End to John O'Groats sounds very good Darren. London to Amsterdam sounds appealing as i know it will be flat. I will have to see when DA are doing the next challenge and may consider giving it a shot.

Paul

Hi

I would also like to say to everyone what a great trip it was.Well organised (Thanks Jim)and to everyone making it such a fun trip.

I have just got back on my bike again, thought i would not do it again for a while. It has been such a buzz, and looking forward to seeing those photos from Garry!

Point of interest, my granny still thinks I am riding the Tour de France, and my twin girls still think I have not got home yet!!

For the BLISS boys, I have not fallen asleep in any fields recently, though have caught up on some

LEJOG for me in 2 years time !!!!

A really humbling experience. It was great to be apart of 'Team Charity' to Paris. Hats off to those that made it on the £100 iron clad mountain bikes from Halfords!!

Does anybody know if there is any truth in the rumour that next year they are adding an extra stage to Geneva?

Cos I am really up for that - and who knows by then I might be able to 'do hills'!!!!!

there was mention of it amongst the riders, with paris being halfway of the 8 day trek...

that could be interesting however the alps are a teensy bit steeper than the north downs :)
