I had a brilliant time doing this challenge but have lived with a bad feeling ever since, there was one person (from London I think) who I did not help when I should have with a puncture on the first day. I can only think I was very nervous as I always help people out on the road. I helped other people on the trip every day. I know he was ok but I felt so bad I didnt even apologise in the evening, I hope he may read this, it has taken me this long to suddenly think how to let him know how badly I have felt,, thanks for the forum
