Open Challenge Pricing Explained

Fundraising Option: Raise the Minimum Fundraising Target and your charity will fund your Trip Cost. We consistently price our Open Challenges so your chosen charity retains a high 60% of the Minimum Fundraising Target. We are proud to be the best deal for your charity.

NB: On ‘bespoke’ challenges, the charity we run the trip for sets its own fundraising targets, etc. Contact them to find out their pricing structure before signing up.

Self-Payment Option: Fund your own Trip Cost and donate 100% of your fundraising – whatever amount – to your chosen charity. This is always an option on our Open Challenges. 

Registration Fee: Guarantees your place on the trip; payable upon trip registration for both payment options

Minimum Fundraising Target: Charity pays Trip Cost once it has received your target amount; this presents no financial risk to your charity

Trip Cost: Trip Cost + Registration Fee covers your flights (where applicable, some trips exclude flights as part of the trip cost),  meals, permits, accommodation, experienced leadership, medical back-up, trip support and lots more!
