Discover Adventure - Cycle Peru on an Open Challenge

Discover Adventure - Cycle Peru on an Open Challenge

INTRODUCTION

Our adventure starts from Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, and finishes at Machu Picchu - the fabled Lost City of the Incas and ‘must-see’ sight of South America.

This is a tough cycling challenge that takes us across high, remote altiplano, passing remote Andean villages and llama farms, with stunning views of the incredible snow-capped peaks of the Andes that lie ahead, beckoning us towards Machu Picchu. Along our route we explore several spectacular, little-visited Inca ruins.

Machu Picchu is a wonderful reward for our efforts, and we have time to unwind in the beautiful colonial city and ancient Inca capital of Cuzco.

ALL OUR OPEN CHALLENGES ARE ADVENTUROUS AND CHALLENGING BUT ACHIEVABLE BY MOST PEOPLE PROVIDED THEY TRAIN WELL IN ADVANCE!
