Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary

Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary is located in the hillside of Lancashire, UK, established in 1957. Over the decades, it has grown into a thriving sanctuary providing love, care, safety, and second chances to more than 1,300 animals every year. Today, we care for a wide range of animals, each arriving with their own story, needs, and challenges. Many come to us abandoned, mistreated, neglected, or with nowhere else to turn. At Bleakholt, animals receive full food bowls, shelter, warm beds, and lifesaving veterinary care. By our supporters' help, we are able to continue caring for those who have no one.
