Central London Samaritans

Central London Samaritans is the only emotional support service in London open round the clock, every day of the year. Every year we receive over 100,000 calls for help via phone, email and SMS, as well as actively reaching out to vulnerable communities across London. Our callers are often experiencing distress, despair and suicidal feelings. People call us to be heard; we listen, providing a safe place for people to talk to us about whatever's troubling them.
