Off Centre

Off Centre supports the mental health and well-being needs of young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in Hackney. Our users are amongst the most vulnerable members of society and often have multiple support needs. We provide a range of 1-to-1 and group counselling services & therapeutic interventions, including art therapy, dramatherapy and horticultural therapy. Our psycho-social support services include advice information services, advocacy, peer-mentoring support and a range of experiential and training opportunities for young people.
