Children’s Hospice South West provides a range of respite, palliative, emergency, and end of life care to children with life limiting or life threatening illnesses in the South West. The charity currently operates two hospices – Little Bridge House in North Devon and Charlton Farm in North Somerset – and is raising funds to build a third – Little Harbour in Cornwall – to extend this specialist network of care.

The homely hospices provide care and support for the whole family and a rare opportunity to relax, forget their worries for a while, and enjoy making the most of the precious time they have together.
