Claire House Children's Hospice

Claire House Children’s Hospice is based on the Wirral and supports children and young adults with life limiting illness, and their families, from across Merseyside, West Lancashire, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man.

We provide a home-from-home environment for the families that we support, as well as work in the community, with nurses on 24-hour call. Claire House also offers end of life care, and looks after the whole family, now, and for as long as they need us.
