Countess Mountbatten Hospice

Countess Mountbatten Hospice is a special place where patients with life limiting illnesses, both in the Hospice and our community, are cared for by a team that delivers ‘over and above’.

The Hospice serves a community in excess of 720,000 and our catchment spans 460 square miles. Support from our local community is essential to ensure that our charity can continue to add value to the lives of patients and their families at a very precious time.
