Haematology Cancer Care, UCLH Charity

Haematology Cancer Care (HCC) is a community bringing together haematology patients, families, supporters and staff to raised funds for the Haematology Unit at University College London Hospitals (UCLH). Our Haematology Unit is a world centre of excellence in the treatment and care of patients with Leukaemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Sickle Cell, Thalassaemia and all haematology diseases. We are one of the largest bone marrow and stem cell transplant units in Europe. Our close association with the Department of Haematology at UCL Cancer Institute ensures new treatments reach patients in the fastest possible time. Haematology Cancer Care improves the haematology patient and family experience throughout their treatment journey. We support clinical excellence by funding continuing professional development for nurses, free complementary therapy to patients and families and providing state of the art medical equipment, contributing to research at UCL. An HCC donation is currently helping ground-breaking treatment at UCLH reach a greater number of patients.
