Hand in Hand supports local Christian partners in East Africa and South America to empower poverty affected individuals to become self-sustainable though welfare, education and training.

Since 1998 we have worked with trusted partners in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Ecuador, mainly supporting disadvantaged children in their welfare, education and training. Through an holistic approach we have been able to see direct impact into lives; empowering them to be self-sustainable individuals, no longer dependent on charity and able to escape the cycle of poverty in which their families have been trapped.
