Heart of Kent Hospice

The Heart of Kent Hospice is a local charity specialising in providing palliative care to people facing the challenge of terminal illness. At any one time we support up to 350 patients and their families.

Our services are designed to meet physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of our patients, with the aim of controlling symptoms and enabling people to achieve the best possible quality of life.

As a charity the services we offer are free of charge. However, this does mean that of the £3m that it currently costs per year to provide our care, we have to raise £2.2m from our local community.
