Lewis Manning Hospice

Lewis-Manning Hospice offers specialist palliative nursing care to over 650 local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. We provide a day hospice service offering patients practical, physical and emotional support whilst helping them to adapt to their illness and enhance their quality of life. We also run specialist clinics, including both lymphoedema and breathlessness clinics.

The treatment and care offered at Lewis-Manning Hospice is completely free of charge to patients, however, after receiving the contractual funding from the NHS our running costs exceed £50,000 a month, for which we rely on income from our 7 charity shops, legacies, fundraising initiatives and the support and generosity of the local community.
