We’re Mid and North East Essex Mind, a local, independent mental health charity offering hope and support, so no one feels alone. We provide counselling, crisis and practical support across Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon, Colchester, Clacton, and surrounding areas. Our services are shaped by local needs, and every penny raised stays within our community to make a real difference. We are proud to be part of the Mind family, including Mind, the national charity, Local Minds and the retail shops.
