Mildmay international is a pioneering HIV charity delivering quality care and treatment, prevention work, rehabilitation, training and health systems strengthening in the UK and sub-Saharan Africa.

Mildmay was founded and is based in the UK. Originally set up in the 1860s to tackle the cholera epidemic in London’s East End, Mildmay has worked in HIV since 1988. Our London unit is Europe’s only specialist HIV rehabilitation centre and offers tailored care to people with very complex symptoms. Our expertise in HIV-related neurocognitive impairment (HNCI) is recognised internationally.
