Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is a charity providing compassionate, patient-centred palliative and end-of-life care across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Our support follows four stages, Early Support, Living Well, Dying Well and Bereavement Support and is available to adults and young people aged 16–25 transitioning to adult services. We care for people in the place that best meets their needs, whether at home, in care homes, in our inpatient unit, out in the community or at our Living Well Centres. Supported by over 1,600 volunteers, we care for more than 4,500 people annually, relying mainly on community funding to deliver our free specialist services.
