Second Chance

Second Chance is a national, serious and innovative social working agency. In 2009 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.

The Children Second Chance work with come from three main backgrounds in roughly equal proportions. They may have been abused; sexually, physically or mentally. They may come from a poverty stricken background in, say an inner city area. They may have learning difficulties. This is an over simplification and many experience all three backgrounds! We consider them to be amongst the most disadvantaged group of people in Britain today. One of the Charity’s mottos is: Changing the world....one child at a time!
