The Adolescent and Children's Trust (TACT)

TACT is a children’s charity finding loving foster families for children and young people in care who, through no fault of their own cannot live with their own families. We fundraise to be able to offer a variety of support to the children in our care. Support available includes having access to a Leaving Care Resource Worker, to attend fun days out and activities and support leading up to and during the transition from leaving care to living independently.
