Derek Moore Foundation

Our objective is to promote sustainable economic growth and empowerment in socially and economically disadvantaged communities.

We do this by providing grants to grass-roots community projects around the world which promote education or sport or nurture traditional arts, crafts or music. We provide funds for smaller projects, which larger charities overlook, searching for Projects where a small amount of funding can make a big difference.

We support community projects in Guatemala, Mexico, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and Nepal, and continue to look for community projects worldwide. We offer the chance for travellers to give something back to the rural communities through which they have travelled.
