The Earth Community Trust

The Eradicating Ecocide project supported by the charity The Earth Community Trust aims to make Ecocide, 'the extensive destruction of ecosystems', the 5th international Crime Against Peace. This can be introduced by an amendment to the Rome Statute, which requires just 81 countries to agree to this.

This is a law which will completely change the trajectory of where we are headed. It has the power to finally close the door to dangerous industrial activity which is jeopardising all life on Earth, and open the doors to a world where people and planet are put before profit.
