The Ramblers

The Ramblers are Britain’s walking charity and the only charity dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking in green spaces. We work to protect, maintain and promote Britain’s most loved and least-known walking places, paths and rights of way. We campaign to keep the countryside open to all and fight for the issues that matter most to walkers. By leading walks and supporting a vibrant walking community, we help people get more from the outdoors. Our work improves access, confidence and participation, particularly for communities facing the greatest barriers to walking.
