WaveLength

Since 1939 WaveLength has provided free TVs and radios for elderly, disabled or chronically ill people who are living in extreme poverty and are at risk of social isolation. We aim to combat loneliness in the UK by providing contact, comfort and companionship through technology. Most of our beneficiaries find it difficult to get out of the house regularly, and our TVs and radios form their windows on the world.

In addition, WaveLength is a powerful campaigner against loneliness and in favour of digital inclusion for the vulnerable. We regularly lobby government with this aim in mind.
