Once you’ve booked on to your challenge you may be wondering about how to start your training – this is an important part of your challenge preparation, and we’ll be here to help you!

 

TRAINING WEEKENDS

A weekend with our challenge experts equips you with not only valuable insight on how your fitness is developing, but also the essential know-how for managing yourself on your trip. From puncture repairs to a well-deserved confidence boost, a trek or cycle training weekend is the perfect preparation for your main challenge. 

We offer a full weekend of trekking in the Snowdonia National Park to give you the chance to test your ability, kit and chat to other challengers and crew. You’ll also receive a discount if you book your training weekend at the same time as your main challenge.
