Smart Works

Smart Works is a UK charity that exists to empower all women who need help getting into work. We use the power of high quality clothing and one-to-one coaching to help unemployed women fulfil their potential, get the job and transform their lives. We are proud to say that after visiting Smart Works, 69% of clients go on to get the job within one month. In addition, 95% of clients report feeling more confident. With 11 centres across the UK, we are on a mission to double in size by 2025 and help 10,000 women a year.
